The flea market moved back to Los Feliz from its Downtown LA venue, where I last visited it. However, it is still quite amazing.

I’ve been to several flea markets in Los Angeles, but I was impressed with the quality of the goods sold and the creativity of the items. It is not your run-of-the-mill thrift shop fare, although there were plenty of vintage items and clothing.
One vendor with Second Chance Eyewear was selling high-end designer sunglasses from various decades, all re-lensed in mint condition. Brands included Lacoste, Dior, RayBan, Persol, Berkos, and other top designers as old as the 1930s.
Another vendor had lamps with shades made from old slides, magnets, puzzle pieces, and other objects. One lampshade was decorated with slides from the 1968 moon landing with the outline of an old TV set.
Even the vintage clothing had an edge and personality that was hard to resist. If you are looking for gifts or items out of the ordinary, you will find them at Los Feliz Flea.
It is a pet-friendly event.
